Job Description

Do you have a positive attitude and a track record of success? Eagle Bank and Trust is looking for a friendly, outgoing person with a can do attitude and a desire for success, ability to problem solve and perform well consistently. Greeting all customers with a happy smile and in a courteous and professional manner. Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service. Greet customers in a friendly manner and perform transactions in person or via telephone. Determine through active listening and asking pertinent questions, the most appropriate services to the customers specific financial situation and goals. Follow Bank procedures when performing transactions on teller workstation, encoder and scanner. Issue cashiers checks, money orders and counter checks. Redeem savings bonds and prepares and accepts treasury tax payments. Balance vault and automated teller machine accurately. Verify all teller transactions are being encoded and scanned properly and in a timely manner.Maintain Logs, perform monthly audits.

This is a full time position in which the person has the responsibility for enthusiastically selling all deposit products and services to new and existing customers. Help increase branch growth by attaining sales and service goals and maintaining a high quality of sales and service culture. Performs routine customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances. loan payments, transfer and check cashing. Serves as a liason between customers and the Bank by providing account information, opening new accounts and professionally handling the customer's needs.

Basic Qualifications

Manual dexterity for computer work and cash handling/plus lifting /carrying boxes/files, typing, standing, extended reaching etc.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year College or University or three to five years related experience (equivalent combination of education and experience considered).
