Job Description

Supervise the Service Associates and ensure customer satisfaction with a smile on your face and adhering to Eagle Bank and Trust Customer Service Standards. Oversee all Teller operations including scheduling, supervising and providing work direction. Perform routine customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfer and check cashing. Serve as a liason between customers and the Bank by providing account information, opening new accounts and professionally handle the customer's daily needs.ts for uncollectable funds. Operates various machines in conjunction with daily teller activities.

Greeting all customers with a happy smile and in a courteous and professional manner. Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service. Greet customers in a friendly manner and perform transactions in person or via telephone. Determine through active listening and asking pertinent questions, the most appropriate services to the customers specific financial situation and goals. Follow Bank procedures when performing transactions on teller workstation, encoder and scanner. Issue cashiers checks, money orders and counter checks. Redeem savings bonds and prepares and accepts treasury tax payments. Balance vault and automated teller machine accurately. Verify all teller transactions are being encoded and scanned properly and in a timely manner. Maintain Logs, perform monthly audits. Manual dexterity for computer work and cash handling.

Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or GED;
A minimum of two (2) years previous retail banking, customer service experience and/or cash handling;
Supervisor experience preferred.
